Sidreria Craveri & Lamberti is a project started in 2015, when Elia, Livio and his brother Nicolo started making fruit cider in their kitchen. The idea behind this project is to be able to give a voice to the place they grew up in, and to one of the main produce grown in the area: apples. At the moment most of the fruit is sourced from local farmers. As well as single varietal apple cider, they do mixed fermentations with cherries, plums, blackberries and other locally grown fruit.
